Car Hire: All prices include Roadside Breakdown Recovery, VAT and 200 miles free per day.
Van Hire: All prices include Full Insurance, Roadside Breakdown Recovery, VAT and 200 miles free per day, Excess mileage charges at 10 pence per mile plus VAT.
Identification
All customers will be required to produce their driving licence and driver check code (which can be found on the DVLA website)at the time of hire: new customers will be required to produce two other means of identification that gives proof of their signature and current address.
Vehicle Damage
£100/£250 deposit will be required (depending on class of vehicle) in addition to the cost of hire of the vehicle. This amount is refundable if the vehicle is returned as per the hire agreement return time and in the same condition as the vehicle was taken.
Payment
Payment is required before commencement of the hire period. Any vehicle returned late without consent will be charged at an additional day.
Continental Hire
If you are travelling abroad you will need continental breakdown cover and a Green Card Insurance. This will be an additional cost. Vehicles must not be taken outside of the UK without the written consent of Pierremonts. We are pleased to advise on all requirements necessary to fulfil your continental hire needs

Whilst it is our intention to offer the service advertised, Pierremonts reserves the right to alter prices, vehicle availability and supply circumstances that are beyond our control. Pierremonts reserves the right to refuse any hire request without giving notice.
